Under the 2025 reform to the LFPDPPP, you also have the right to object to automated decision-making that significantly affects you, including profiling. You may request human intervention, express your point of view, or contest the decision by submitting a request to the email address below.

Response timeline: We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 (twenty) business days from the date it was received. If the request is determined to be appropriate, we will make it effective within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date on which the response is communicated.
