Client: Technology Startup

The Challenge

A growing SaaS startup faced a critical operational bottleneck. Their platform required manual processing of client data, report generation, and synchronization between multiple systems.

Pain points identified:

Preliminary Results

Although the project is ongoing, the first modules are already showing impact:

Time Savings: Automation of 3 key processes freed up 45 hours per week from the team, allowing focus on higher-value activities.

Data Quality: Client data errors decreased from 13.4% to 1.1% (-92%) thanks to automatic validation.

Scalability: The system can process 10 times more operations than the manual process, without requiring additional staff.
